Our Decaf roast is crafted from 100 percent organic, single-origin Arabica beans from Chiapas, Mexico. It’s smooth, flavorful, and low acid, with no compromise on body or character.
We use the Mountain Water Process to decaffeinate our beans. This chemical-free method utilizes only pure water to remove caffeine while preserving the original character gently. No solvents. No shortcuts. Just clean, full-flavored decaf.
